Hi, I’m Rozanne Stevens.

Wholefood Chef, cookery tutor, keynote speaker and sustainability champion. Culinary Director of a zerowaste test kitchen, I’ve spent the last year adapting to being totally remote and building my susty community tribe of like-minded, climate-conscious people who seek harmony between people and planet.

Best known for my longstanding career in Irish radio and my rather irreverent sense of humour, I am available as a keynote speaker on all areas of sustainable food and specifically preventing food waste. For a more fun and approachable platform, join me for online cookery classes and kids cookery classes.

United Nations Sustainable Development Goals

My work is underpinned by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, or SDG’s for short. I focus on finding the harmonious intersection between human health (SDG3) and planetary health (SDG12).

SDG 3 Good Health and Wellbeing

Human beings need a number of things to not only survive, but thrive. In my work I focus on good food and the communities and social constructs that we create around food. I believe it’s not only nutritious food that supports our wellbeing, but the way we connect with food and the food chain.

SDG 12 Responsible Consumption and Production

It is vital that we not only use planetary resources such as water and top soil more judiciously, but the we also reduce our ecological footprint dramatically. My main focus in this area is teaching people how to prevent food waste. Food waste causes toxic emissions, wastes resources and damages the food chain.
