This is an intensive nutrition based course that uses wholefoods to create delicious vegetarian and vegan recipes. Learn how to use beans, lentils, chickpeas and vibrant vegetables and fruits creatively. Tasty wholegrain recipes using quinoa, barley, kasha , spelt and many more. Liberal use of superfoods like seaweeds, chia, seeds, maté and other powerhouse foods. Raw food, sprouting and living enzymes are also taught. Recipes are wheat and dairy free. Very accessible vegetarian recipes, whether you are a vegetarian or not, a very informative and motivating course.
